Salon Policies Welcome to our family-oriented, home-based beauty lounge! We specialize with children with special-needs and proudly serve adults as well. ⸻ Studio Guidelines • Only the guest being serviced is permitted in the studio. Parents may remain with their children if assistance is needed. Braiding hair is included with all braid services, please tell me what color you want prior to your appointment. Bundles are not included you will need to purchase and bring the day before your appointment. Synthetic crochet hair is included ! If you want human hair, please go to www.ywigs.com to purchase your boho hair. Braiding hair colors I provide is 1,1b, 2,4, burgundy,1b/27, blonde,350. • Guests with strong odors of cigarettes, marijuana, or alcohol will not be serviced. ⸻ Appointments & Timing All appointments require a 35.00 deposit at the time of booking, payments can be sent by Zelle or Cash App no exceptions ! No deposit no appointment ! • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • No Call / No Show: – Same day cancellation fee will be charged (100% service fee ) – Permanent ban from future bookings • Services cannot be changed after booking. • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. • Last-minute /same day cancellations (night before or day of) will incur a 100% service fee. There will be a late fee of 25 added on if you are more than 15 minutes late! No exceptions ! Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens, and we completely understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, we value our time, our clients’ time, and the preparation that goes into every appointment. Please review the following policies carefully before booking.
SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS
• All same-day appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.
• If you cancel a same-day appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
• In addition to forfeiting your deposit, you will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• The outstanding balance must be paid in full before you are permitted to book another appointment.
• Requesting to reschedule a same-day appointment is considered a cancellation and is subject to the same policy.
REGULAR APPOINTMENTS
• All regular appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.
• Same-day rescheduling requests for regular appointments are also considered cancellations.
